The architecture of “Chateau Sea Wind” is in a modern Mediterranean style and it is situated directly on the beach of the beautiful south Black Sea Coast.

The unique combination of sea and forest define the extremely favourable climate and the air flow between the sea and the mountain create a unique natural phenomenon which purifies the air. The sea breeze, in combination with the crystal-clear air create perfect conditions for developing sea spas and has a positive effect on patents with asthmatic and other lung conditions. The favourable climate is suitable for health treatments all year round!

The unique location of the complex allows you to enjoy the incredible sea panorama from all apartments. The complex consists of studios, one bedroom apartments, two bedroom apartments and a few VIP apartments. Each of them is furnished in modern design, including: double bed with night stands, convertible sofa-bed, dressing table with a luggage board and a mirror, a safe, coffee table, a chair for the dressing table, curtains – thin and thick ones, TV set, table with chairs for the balcony, kitchenette – hobs, sink, work surface, cupboards (colour can be chosen by the client), absorption fan with active carbon filter, fridge, bathroom with Italian tiles “Martineli”, sink, embedded in a granite surface, shower box, hair dryer and accessories. The flooring is laminated parquet, the floors are painted with coloured plaster, the client can choose their colours. The doors are MDF, PVC windows, German - “Kommerling”.
